"Mandy conducted the final goodbye of our beloved Dad beautifully, with such empathy and sincerity. Our personal tributes we had written were read from the heart, just as if we had read them ourselves. She genuinely cared for our family from the time we arrived at the crematorium until we left, ensuring we were all well looked after with such reassurance, especially Mum, that found it extremely difficult. Mandy conducted the service alongside a BSL interpreter for the deaf community and ensured the interpreter had time to sign, which made the service just perfect. We can honestly say that Mandy gave our Dad the send-off that he truly deserved."

“I am very thankful for Mandy who guided us through and spoke at the service of celebration of mother's life. Mandy led the service with thought, care and calmness. She made me feel completely at ease from meeting us in the reception area at the crematorium to talking gently in the memorial garden. As well as meeting with us to discuss the service.

Each part of the service she read and the introduction to each section was clear. When it was my turn to read a poem having Mandy on hand to step in if I struggled to continue was very helpful. I didn't need this help, but am sure that I managed knowing that she was there.

I was very impressed by her professionalism. I would thoroughly recommend Mandy to anyone who was in need of a celebrant. I truly cannot praise Mandy enough."
